Re.socks delivery & return policy

To bring convenience and the best experience to customers, Re.socks has appropriate policies when customers need to return products. We always want to bring customers the best products and service quality.
Re.socks is quite strict in managing the quality of its products, but sometimes some things can get out of hand. If your product is defective, or by mistake we have sent you an incorrect order, please send it back to us for a return/refund.
Returning products comes with some specific conditions, please refer to the detailed information below:
Conditions apply
– Within 7 days of receiving the product
– The goods are still new, with original labels, unused.
– Goods are damaged due to transportation or the manufacturer.
– In case of exchange, the customer will bear the shipping costs, and Re.socks will deliver the goods back to the customer free of charge.
– In case of return, Re.socks will refund the price (excluding shipping fees, if any) to the customer within 2 – 4 days via the customer’s BANK ACCOUNT (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays). since Re.socks received the goods back.
– This policy does not apply to orders from e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki)
– Re.socks has the right to decide to stop supporting refunds to customers if it detects that customers are using the policy for personal gain.
Case accepted
– The product is not the right size or style as you ordered.
– Goods are not as described (color difference, material difference, seam error).
– Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order.
In case of not meeting the conditions to apply the policy
– More than 07 days from when you receive the goods.
– The product no longer has the original stamp or label. Damaged by the user (tearing, punctured, discolored during washing, etc.).
– Send back goods that are not of the correct design and are not Re.socks products.
– Ordered the wrong product (design, type, size…).
– Personal reason: Used but didn’t like it, didn’t fit,…
You can pay directly in cash, or pay online by bank transfer.
